This is a huge thank you for your work crew that installed the new furnace in my home last Friday!  For Jason and Lucas to tear out my old one and get the new one installed in one day was simply amazing.  I realized it was a really long day for those guys for all the work they had to do.  While dealing with having to turn the water and gas off to get everything hooked up according to code.  They did a great job and the furnace looks and works great.  My thanks once again on making me a very happy homeowner... with heat again!

They worked so hard on several new installations for us and never took a break! The job was completed to perfection, and they wore booties in the house and cleaned up like I couldn't believe. Hello Mark!

I feel I need to thank you, your installer Kyle and Larry Spurbeck (L&L Builders) for your installation last month of furnace and AC, and Larry for referring your company.

It was inspected late last week (all OK), and the Inspector was very impressed with the methods used and the care taken in the furnace installation. Kyle (carl?) and I immediately ran into problems with the exhaust pipe which would have run across the bottom step of my stairs at about under 6' (I am 6'3" with permanent disabling back issues). He knew how upset I was and according to the inspector, took the time and effort to run the PVC in a very difficult manner to get the job done. The inspector said "I have done things like this and it is not fun nor easy!"). He also noted the method the galvanize hoods met together using the flexible material. He said "most installers would have made it fit, made it look like hell, and called it 'a day'". He noted that your guys did it right-even though it was the more expensive way to go.

The inspector has said he has run into your work before and fails to be very impressed with your work! As I read up on the purchase of a new furnace, one place noted that the "correct installation is as important as the correct furnace"

So again, "Thank You" and your installers for not taking this as "just another job" and really putting the extra effort and time to make me and my CEO (my wife) happy! Should your estimator, Todd, ever need a direct referral for a potential customer, feel free to use my name and have them call me.

We started researching Geothermal solutions in Q2 2014 and discussed options with 4 local Geothermal installers. After careful consideration, we ultimately chose Mark Woodman to install our Unit. Mark was the most responsive and transparent expert we dealt with. Mark’s quote was the only one we received that was truly a ‘bottom line’ quote. We felt other installers were not nearly as transparent in what our ultimate true cost was going to be. Also, we never felt pressured when dealing with Mark. Mark as very responsive in answering our questions and letting us make our own decision. Our Geothermal Unit was installed in September 2014 and we love it! The installation occurred during the agreed upon schedule and Mark handled everything. Mark coordinated the digging of the loop (with horizontal boring to minimize the impact on our lawn), an electrician to wire the unit, moving of our existing hot water heater, and installation of the Geothermal unit. Mark’s installation team was extraordinarily courteous. At one time, they even worked around our infants sleep schedule! We live in an older home (built in the 1960s) and previously had trouble with consistent heat throughout the house. The kid’s rooms were always significantly cooler than the rest of the house. Mark’s team was able to come up with a solution to provide a more consistent heat. Once the installation was complete, Mark carefully explained how to perform regular maintenance (very minimal). Mark also came! over 6 months later to review the unit and make sure it is operating efficiently. Over one year later, we truly have no regrets. We are loving the consistent and economical heating / cooling our Geothermal Unit is providing. Thank you Mark (and team) for doing such a wonderful job! Zach, Julie, Elizabeth, and Cecilia Wight

I have always been impressed with the technicians that have come to my home when I needed cleaning or repairs. Although both a new furnace and air conditioning will be needed soon, I expected to be told it was time for replacement Tuesday when I placed a service call. . However, your technician instead did an excellent job in testing my system, diagnosing my most recent issue and making all repairs, thus saving me the replacement expense for a while. He took the time to explain the technology changes that I can consider with regards to replacements. I wouldn't call anyone else knowing that I can trust that when I place a service call, a professional technician will arrive promptly and leave me feeling confident that the issue is solved. When my water heater needed replacing, I just made one call to your office to discuss my options and you sold me a quality product. In addition to being highly skilled workers, they are considerate, prompt (usually arrive a little ahead of schedule), fair, and trustworthy. Josh, the service technician for Mark Woodman Plumbing and Heating Inc. came to our home today due to a problem with our furnace. Our furnace is 2-3 years old and is computerized. Josh was able to diagnose the problem quickly and run system corrections. He then ran additional tests to ensure all was as it should be. Mark Woodman is very fortunate to have an employee such as Josh who clearly demonstrates how much he loves what he does (personal observation). As a customer, I appreciate the degree of thoroughness provided. When Josh left our home we knew, as he did, that every thing was 100%.
